The Kremenchuk Museum of the History of Aviation and Cosmonautics was opened in 2014. Currently, the museum houses over 3,000 exhibits, and the scientific library has about 2,500 documents. At the entrance to the museum, public activists set up a park and unveiled a memorial to the fallen pilots from Kremenchuk. In total, the museum has three halls.The main part of the exhibits is a collection of more than 500 models of aircraft from different eras and countries. Such small copies of these conquerors of the air in the museum are filled with every free corner. And against their background, a story about the Kremenchuk pages of the history of aviation and astronautics unfolds.
